Witney Shopmobility welcomes festive shoppers
Witney Shopmobility is inviting anyone considering using their service to drop-in for a chat and, during December, visitors will be welcomed with a free drink and mince pie.
Cllr Jeanette Baker, Cabinet Member for Health at West Oxfordshire District Council, said: “The run up to Christmas is such a busy time on the high street and we are encouraging people who find shopping incredibly difficult to discover more about how Shopmobility can help them or, someone they care for.”
Witney Shopmobility is a FREE service run by West Oxfordshire District Council and is open to anyone with mobility problems, young or old.
It is based in Langdale Gate and a range of scooters and wheelchairs can be hired with full training provided in a safe environment.
