Booking our community spaces

Our modern and flexible meeting spaces are now available for hire! We offer three rooms for you to book for your meetings and events: our two Committee Rooms and our Community Space, each a versatile venue equipped with AV technology.

Whether you're one of our key partners, a community group, charity, or business, our spaces could be the perfect setting for your meetings, workshops, and events.

Booking procedure

If you are interested in booking either the Committee Rooms or Community Space, please email Executive.Support@westoxon.gov.uk with your required time and date and contact details.

Our team will confirm availability and assist with your booking.

We are eager for a wide range of organisations to make use of our rooms and offer a segmented pricing structure to suit different needs.

Key information

Rooms must be booked for a minimum slot of two hours.
Rooms are available to hire from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
All three rooms are fitted with AV functions.
Water is provided. Other refreshments can also be booked via the Café at our Elmfield offices from the end of January 2025.
The Council building and car park are strictly non-smoking areas.
