Thank you for being a valued customer of our business waste service. On this page you will find all the information you need as an existing customer, as well as how to contact us and how to report any missed collections.

How to present your waste
Your bin must be presented kerbside by 6am on the morning of collection, unless otherwise arranged with the Council. All waste should be stored in the provided bins or pre-paid sacks.
How to pay by Direct Debit
If you aren’t already signed up to pay for the service via Direct Debit you can do so using the form below. Paying by Direct Debit will save you time, give you peace of mind around payments and help spread the cost of paying for the service.Complete the Direct Debit form
