Off-street parking
Our off-street parking order governs the way we manage off-street car parks across the district.
The current off-street parking order is dated 2021. The order regulates off-street parking places in the West Oxfordshire District. It is considered necessary to update the order to reflect updated practice by making a new order to revoke the previous order and replace it.
The updates reflect recent changes including updating existing and including new parking areas, the introduction of electric vehicle charging bays, written inclusion of Disabled Persons’ Badge provisions and vary the maximum waiting times in the Marriotts Walk multi-storey car park. For these reasons, the council proposes to make a new order.
