Council meetings and minutes
Council meetings are currently being conducted via a dedicated video conferencing facility. Members of the public may follow the proceedings through a broadcast on Facebook Live. (You do not need a Facebook account for this).
Agendas and reports are published to the website five working days before a meeting.
Minutes are published as soon as possible after the meeting, and at the latest when the agenda for the next meeting is published.
All minutes should be regarded as draft until they have been approved as a correct record at the next meeting of the Council, Cabinet, Committee or Sub-Committee. If any amendments are made to the draft then the final version will be published as soon as possible.
Location and time of meetings
Until further notice, members of the public will be able to attend via Facebook Live. This arrangement is because of coronavirus and will be reviewed when restrictions are eased.
