Council meetings and minutes
Face to face council meetings are required to start again from 7 May 2021. Meetings will be open to the public but, due to social distancing requirements, numbers will be restricted.
If you wish to attend a meeting please contact us before the meeting to reserve your place. You are still entitled to ask questions at some meetings. Please see our Public Participation page for full details.
You must contact us to ask to attend a meeting and let us know what you want to comment on by either:
- calling Democratic Services on 01993 861522
- emailing email@example.com
The meetings that were held before May 2021 can be viewed online on Facebook. You do not need a Facebook account to do this.
Anyone who has reserved a place at any Council meeting and has any symptoms of Covid-19 should not attend the meeting and should follow the Governments self-isolation guidance.
Minutes and meeting documentsFind meetings, agendas, reports and minutes
Agendas and reports are published to the website five working days before a meeting. Minutes are published as soon as possible after the meeting, and at the latest when the agenda for the next meeting is published.
All minutes should be regarded as draft until they have been approved as a correct record at the next meeting of the Council, Cabinet, Committee or Sub-Committee. If any amendments are made to the draft then the final version will be published as soon as possible.
