Getting a red error message when entering your name
If a red error message appears when you enter your name or address, it usually indicates a formatting issue. The form does not accept punctuation including apostrophes. For example, instead of O'Sullivan, you should enter O Sullivan.
The system will also reject extra spaces, which will cause the text to turn red.
Sometimes your device or browser may auto fill your details and add an extra space at the end of your name. If this happens, the writing will go red or it will not accept the name. Simply delete the extra space before continuing.
The form doesn’t like or can’t find my address
Start by typing the first line of your address not the postcode. Your address should then appear below in the dropdown list; you will need to select it.
If nothing appears, type just the first part of your address (e.g., number and your street name) and then click the small magnifying glass icon underneath the field. This will broaden the search and display more address options that match your entry. You can then select your address so it populates the box.
The subscription renewal says 2026 so I can’t renew
The system shows the expiry date of your current subscription. Please go ahead and select the 2026 subscription to renew. Once renewed, the expiry date will update to 2027. If you try to renew again, the system will confirm that you already have a valid subscription for 2027.
