Report a missed bin collection

We are currently experiencing a breakdown of our small Narrow Access vehicle used for refuse and recycling collections at harder-to-reach properties. We are working with our waste partner to source a suitable replacement. If your property is affected, you may be temporarily unable to report a missed collection, but please leave your containers present for recovery on Saturday 7 February
The following table shows if any service failures were reported today. If your address is listed, please leave your bin out or represent before 6am tomorrow and our crews will return to collect.

Report
If your bin or recycling has not been collected you can report it as missed after 4pm on collection day. You need to let us know within two days of the missed collection.
Before reporting a missed bin collection please make sure that:
- you had put the bin out by 6am
- there was no extra waste by the side of the bin
- any recycling was in the correct bin or box
- your garden waste bin had a valid licence
- bin lids were closed
What happens next
We aim to return to collect within two working days from the day that the miss is reported.
There may have been a reason why your collection was missed, for example, not being able to access the property, contaminated or overflowing rubbish. We will let you know if this is the case.
