Report a missed collection

Our waste and recycling crews are collecting on all May and August bank holidays. Check your collection day here.

Update Tuesday 6 June

We were unable to complete our round collections at the following addresses. If your street was missed (below) then please leave your bin out or re-present by 6am tomorrow and our crew will return as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

  • Road through Blenheim Palace
  • Section of B4027 from A44 to Glympton (Crews will try and return once the road reopens. If this isn't possible, crews will take extra on the next scheduled collection)



If your bin or recycling has not been collected you can report it as missed after 4pm on collection day. You need to let us know within two days of the missed collection.

Before reporting a missed bin please make sure that:

  • you had put the bin out by 6am
  • there was no extra waste by the side of the bin
  • any recycling was in the correct bin or box
  • your garden waste bin had a valid licence
  • bin lids were closed

We aim to return to collect within two working days, please leave your bin out.
